At Elevate ReEntry Foundation, our mission is to empower justice-impacted and unhoused individuals as they rebuild their lives after incarceration, homelessness, addiction, and systemic hardship. Founded by those who have walked this path themselves, we offer full wraparound services, including transitional housing, substance use counseling, peer mentorship, job training, and apprenticeships, to support sustainable reentry and long-term success. We believe in second chances, community healing, and creating pathways to economic mobility and dignity for all.
